REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Priority will be given to applicants who register as full time students attending all four workshops. The Registration Forms need to be returned ASAP with your Non-Refundable Deposit of $350.00 or payment in full. You can download all application forms for printing by clicking on the APPLICATION FORMS TAB in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
Please read the description of all workshops carefully and fill in your FIRST AND SECOND CHOICES. If you omit to select second choice workshops your registration form will be returned.
All payments must be made in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and made payable to Dimensions in Leather (see bank details).
No extension of time will be granted. Please note we do not have credit card facilities.
PAYMENTS ARE DEPOSIT + BALANCE TO BE PAID IN NOT MORE THAN TWO INSTALMENTS
Full Time Applicants
A Non-Refundable Deposit of $350 must be forwarded with your application ASAP. This will secure your placement.
Payment options are:
1. Payment in full.
2. Three only payments : non-refundable deposit then an additional payment, with the final payment on 25 November 2021 (this allows you one additional payment).
If you have fully paid all conference costs and cancel your application for any reason, less than four weeks before the event, no money will be refunded. Prior to this date $350.00 will be held as well as a 50% cancellation fee for accommodation costs.
Part Time Applicants
Applications will be accepted after the 1 September 2021
Payment options are:
1.Please fill in the registration forms and forward a part payment of $350.00 or 50% of the total balance.
2.Three only payments which includes the deposit with the final payment due on 25 November 2021.
A 50% Cancellation Fee will apply if you cancel at any time.
Applications will continue to be accepted if vacancies exist in any of the workshops up to the 25 November 2021.
Cancellation of Workshops
The Committee reserves the right to limit class sizes and cancel workshops if the minimum enrolments are not reached eight (8) weeks prior to the conference.
Should any workshops be cancelled you will be allocated your second choice and will be advised as soon as possible.

St. Leo's College, University of Queesland, has a range of single, comfortable and carpeted bedrooms which include Internet access and telephone (user pays).
Many common areas are available for relaxation with an on-site bar, daily newspapers and magazines. The on-site university shopping village nearby includes a pharmacy, doctor, dentist, news agency, bookshop, coffee shops, cinema, hair salon, sports facilities and ATMs. The magnificent grounds of the university provide a tranquil setting for relaxation and reflection when needed.
A single lockable room with shared bathroom facilities. Approximately eight rooms per wing.
Bedding and towel included.
Shared En-Suite Rooms:
Two lockable single rooms with shared en-suite, bedding and towel included. All accommodation levels have a kitchenette and laundry.
St Leo's College makes provision for specific dietary requests such as gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and non-dairy diets. Please advise your special dietary requirements on the "Special Diet form".
